Patron Saint Of Cadets - U.S.M.A. and the Corps of Cadets. Saint Ignatus - the Saint of Will Power - entered military service at the age of 25, was seriously wounded during a siege, and became Superior General at age 39. In pursuit of his ambition, he was relentless in 11 years of training in order to become quick and skillful. Thru his planned exertion of will power, he gained courage to "Stand Firm Like An Anvil Under the Hammer." He learned to subject his reason, his emotions, and his imagination to his will. Because of his courage and zeal, he was able to establish a college and bring about learning missions all over the world. Saint Ignatius, thru his will power became "A Leader of People." Truly, the Corps of Cadets can relate to will power, courage, zeal and imagination in the pursuit of becoming a leader. ~ The pocket ingot, key ring, medal and necklace are made of stable bronze, 1 1/2" X 1", 12 guage thick, and all made in the U.S.A.
