The Marine Corps Workout
WELCOME TO MARINE CORPS BOOT CAMP!
With this Marine Corps Workout you'll get into
fighting shape alongside three platoons of
motivated Marine Corps recruits as they
build their bodies the Marine Corps Way!
Led by Marine Corps Drill Instructors, you'll share the
same dedication and sprit that infuses today's
Marine Corps physical training.
PART ONE: This program starts out with a
Drill Instructor leading a five minute
warm-up and stretch period.
PART TWO: Things get serious and you get
motivated as you are introduced to the 'daily nine';
dive bomber push-ups, crunches. side-stradddle-hops
back extensions, etc.
PART THREE: The circuit course will test your
physical limits as you try to keep up with Marine
recruits as they push it into fifth gear. If you can
keep up with the Marines, you can keep
up with anyone.
