The Commandant of the U.S. Army Infantry School may award the Pathfinder Badge to
any person who successfully completed the Pathfinder Course conducted by that School.
The badge (in felt) was originally approved on 22 May 1964 and was replaced as a
metal and enamel item on 11 October 1968.
